Prima Brake Install Problem

Post by Frog2Spider »

Help!
The problem is with the steel brake lines that were supplied. The vendor has assured me that they are correct, but I can not figure how they possibly could be.
The calipers have a round arch cut out, while the bango fitting on the end of the steel brake line is a square cube.
Following their directions, I see no way that this line can fit properly. Plus the lines supplied are about 3 1/2" longer than the originals.
Either these are the wrong lines, or I'm not 'getting' how they are to be connected.
An option on the lines, and a picture of the connection if they are correct, would be very helpful.

Thanks,
Dave
