This would make it look a little better (instead of bringing the bumper closer to the body) without losing the benefit of having some protection from people who have not learned yet or forgotten (or just don't care.) how to parallel park using proper methods instead of the feel of their car hitting something.
I'm thinking you could use some kind of plastic thick enough to take
the wind conditions but give and break when hit.
Any thoughts??
