Will 1981 door panels fit the 1970

yes, but there will be a hole where the remote for the mirror goes on the drivers side you will have to deal with

Thanks, i knew that but that covered with material. This person had them all redone, so i got them for free and the carpet

You will have to drill osme holes. The later door panels have screws in the ends of the upper metal trim to secure the upper part of the panel that the early cars did not, as the panel was one piece. I tihnk the lower panels also has some addition screws.
