Headlight Ring Clip

Hi Everyone. I am putting together a 84 Spider, that was largely apart when I bought it. I am at the headlight installation, and I have these 4 clips. Can someone tell me if there is 2 for each headlight or am I missing some and there should be 4 for each light? Also, how do they mount?

I think it's 3 or 4 each side and it hold with a metal screw in the hole

Thanks... Any idea if the clip goes behind the rubber gasket and car, or between gasket and headlight unit?

If I remember, it hold the plastic.

Thanks. I got it in place today. It sits on top of the frame of the light and clips over the plastic.
