Rubber mount for handbrake light switch

Post by NittanyGamecock »

I've searched "everywhere " and I can't seem to locate the rubber piece that surrounds the handbrake light switch on my 1975 spider. (if that's the proper terminology). Also, I'm having difficulty getting at the two screws on the front of the heat/defrost control panel (that I'm trying to replace-hence the first part of the post).
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you both for your responses.

What i'm looking for is the rubber piece that surrounds the hand brake light switch. I can't seem to figure out how to attach a photo.

Thanks again.
