Wind Deflector

Post by Frog2Spider »

I ordered a wind deflector from Raceland. It's for a Mazda Miata (MX 5), which I understand will work well. Does anyone know where I can buy the brackets to install it? Or instructions for making my own?

Thanks,
Dave

spidernut made some brackets and sold them 2 years ago. I made my own but his might have been easier to install. A/R sells the complete kit.

Yes, Autoricambi is the source. Last I checked, they were out of brackets but were having some manufactured soon. They've not sold the brackets separately before, but talk to Csaba directly and he might be able to work something out for you. They have only sold them with the deflectors.

Thanks John,
As it turns out, the brackets supplied, along with a couple of long screws/nuts, and a couple of bushings was all I needed to mount it. Works great!

Thanks,
Dave.
