OZZIE SPIDERS

Post by Baz »

Can anyone help with an Australian supplier for a decent rear muffler and pipe (s).
When I purchased my Spider it had a straight thru system on it and I had to silence it to drive it..I had a Holden (horrors) rear muffler fitted to temporarily fix the problem, but now it is a bit tired and sounds like a fishing boat at idle and very throbby on the run. Not at all what an Italian car should sound like...I see the ANSA units for sale in the US, but freight would kill that off. Any help appreciated.

anzas do sound good
but if you need quiet you should just get a muffler for a big v8
it should have good flow and be quiet
when you do everything correct people arent sure youve done anything at all (futurama)

You might try asking on Turbo124.com

It is an Aus based forum for modified Fiat 124 coupes and they have deep connecting into everything Fiat in Aus.

A few members have spiders.
