OK A SHORT ALIGNMENT QUESTION
An Internet search brought up a number of good sites that define alignment terms, it also said that most manufacturers list TOTAL TOE which is to be divided by two. One half applied to each wheel. None of the Fiat specs indicate if the 1/8" is the Total Toe or if it is the toe for each wheel. Anyone know? RB

Re: OK A SHORT ALIGNMENT QUESTION
1/8" each is fairly std for street cars over the last few decades.

Re: OK A SHORT ALIGNMENT QUESTION
My factory shop manual specifies 3mm +/- 1mm of total toe-in, laden. This is for sedan, coupe, and spider through at least 1974. I don't have info on later models.
Hope this helps,
Brian

Re: OK A SHORT ALIGNMENT QUESTION
for years i set my own toe-in by using a tape measure between the front and back of the tire. I would use 1/8" total and would get 60k miles out of a set of tires.
