My Dash Needs Your Help

I about you use a dash cap for the first time should i use glue or silicon when installing this i bought it second hand so
no instructions to assist me here

My dash cap came with a tube of black silicone adhesive. If I had to do it all over again I'd use a lot more adhesive. Also be sure to clean your old dash of all contaminants then after applying the new adhesive clamp it down well and leave it alone for 24 hours so it dries well.
