Hi from a new member

Hi to all...

I'm a new member with two recently acquired Fiats: a 1962 500D and a 1984 Pininfarina Spider. My family has just returned from a two-year assignment in Italy and thought we needed a couple cars to ease the reverse culture shock. The 500D is on a ship and scheduled to arrive in January and the Spider is a California car.

We'll be living in the Seattle area, so if any of you in the area have mechanical or upholstery shops that you can recommend, I'd love to hear about them.

Welcome aboard, Lloyd! As a former Seattlite I can tell you that you've got a couple of good mechanics in the area - you just need to find one that is convenient to you. There are also several forum members in Puget Sound who can chime in to let you know who in your specific location is good to go to. If you're going to be around the south shores of Lake Washington you might want to try Performance Apex in South Renton - hopefully they're still around.
