Hello from the Bay Area, CA

Hi everyone,

I’m Oscar, currently living in the Bay Area CA, but originally from Norway and Italy where I grew up. Been in love with the spiders for a while now and the neighbor a few houses down from my new house have two Spiders standing (75 with a new engine and a 71) and I’m probably buying his 75 in the near future.

I have no experience with engine work of any sort and I’m more interested in making a beautiful looking car that can take me and my girl wine tasting on a nice sunny day.

Interior is pretty much shot in the 75 model so I will have some work to do, but the current owner is a gear head that used to work on airplanes and cars so the motor is in perfect condition. Been reading here for a while and figured I would take the step and register to ask all you people about tips on how to get this car to a clean and beauty to drive.
