what size thread on an O2 sensor bung?
Specifically the one on Mark's header...... ??
I'm no Boy-Racer..... but if I can't take every on-ramp at TWICE the posted limit.... I'm a total failure!

The thred on the plug I have is 1.5 mm and the diameter of the threded portion was the best I could read was 17.75mm (18MM?)
It fits just right into the O2 port on the FI cast manifold. Did the same on the headers I have (Ansa headers)
