I'll be watching this build. I'm really wanting to build a carb'd car with some power and street compatability. (just need some time and sell the 72 for some $$$)
You do your own porting etc.? Pick that up from bike days?
What or where did the intake manifold come from? Is it more suited to the 40 idf"s? When you match the intake at the carb end and then at the head end, do you or will you match the throat as well?
So many questions I know... but I can't think of a better way to spend an evening when all that is on the telly is crap.

I'm no Boy-Racer..... but if I can't take every on-ramp at TWICE the posted limit.... I'm a total failure!
