Seat belt holder - possible alternative

My stock seats are missing the little loop things that hold the seat belt in place on the top corner of the seat back. I know the originals are hard to find, and even if you find them, they are, after all, 25 year old plastic. Some of the vendors have offered alternatives, but I may have found another option. I bought these on eBay yesterday:

I e-mailed the seller and asked if the spacing between headrest posts was adjustable, he confirmed that it's as simple as sliding the plastic bit within the metal bars. I'll report back after USPS delivers them and I do a little test-fitting.

What's going to hold the seat belt off your neck? Unless you like it digging into you.
That holder is only good for holding the seat belt on top of the seat when you get out. The clip on the end won't even come into play when you put the belt on. For $35 +shipping more, you could get a set of mine which will outlast your car.
Just trying to help you out. No one wants to buy the same type of item more than once.

I'd be interested to see what these look like once installed. The pic on eBay was dark and hard to see.

The ones that Brady(azygoustoyou) are perfect for our cars,as they were designed for the Fiat Spider.I,and many otheres have had them for years and they work perfectly.Brady designed them because the German(spiderpoint0 ones were very expensive,and just didnt fit correctly.I painted mine the seat color,and kmac chromed his.Great product from an excellent seller!

If the eBay guides don't do the trick, get a set from Brady. They are extremely well made and look perfect on the car, but most importantly position the belt exactly where you want it.

Have to chime in... I bought a set of those cheap plastic thingys (except they were $90, not cheap)

They were poop (think there is a better work, can't think of it). Did not secure the belt, at all... then broke at the hinge.

Bought a set of Brady's holders, fantastic.

Lesson learned. Toss the plastic, buy the steel
