door panel trim

Post by grittracing »

OK for the people who budget as i do. here are a couple quick fixes for your door panels for those who don't know. first on the arm rest / pull handle. the chrome strip, a close replica can be bought a most auto parts chains and the insert at the top (chrome) kind of holds the top of the chrome strip in place. if it is faded it can be fixed for pennies. if you go to your local sign shop and ask them for chrome / mylar decal scraps they will usually let you have them for free or for a dollar or two. than you can sand or clean to smoothness. than apply the decal. and trim.
