kwik-Lift, anyone have one or used one?

My father and I are looking into buying this thing, looks like a good candidate for people that don't have large garages and ceiling height has anyone used this lift type before? I'm still jealous of Wachuko's cool lift, though!

Looks like kind of a pain to me, you still can't stand under the car and now you have the lift in your way. You can't remove the wheels, (at least without a jack attachment if avail). At least something like this gives you a little better access:
