Yo Ken,
Great job on your car! Very much agree with the other posts that it is a 'work of Art'. (Or in this case, a work of Ken) :)

I see the pic of your new wheels and tires which will look awesome on your car.

I was wondering if you would sell your old wheels (tires, also, maybe) and if so, how much would you want for them?

Let me know here or PM me.

Thanks,
Always looking for curves under blue skies!

the old wheels are BWA 13inch, the tires still have treed but are old, about 15 years. I will sell for $100 for the set.

Just be mindfull that tires over 5 years old are not safe to drive on and while there are some Michelins that are considered 10 year tires those require dismounting and certified inspection anually starting at the end of the fifth year.

The car is running again, and very well, I put in a 74 points type distributor and it runs better than it had in the past two years, took it for a 250 mile ride had a very nice time.

Ken, I'm curious about how you painted the car. Seems obvious that you're very comfortable doing extensive bodywork and such. Is that your job? Do you have a paint booth to work in somewhere?

No I am not a painter, but it seems I have painted a lot of cars, I am not a body person but also I seem to have done it a lot, this car was painted in my garage, it seems the less fuss I do about it the better it turns out.

Wow... Amazing! Always wondered about the possibility of painting it myself. Don't want to spend the money to get it done but would love to change the color from off white to red or black. I have a large garage and access to a large compressor. So I'm hoping this might be possible. The 'homemade paint booth' thing kind of scares me a bit though.

Same here. The ones I am carefree about seem to come out best. A good friend had to transport a show car for another friend on his old flatbed which was getting a little shabby so he quickly one evening after work threw a new coat of red on it and touched up the black on the flatbed. He ended up winning best working vehicle on a rush job he didn't really didn't fuss on and did just to make the truck look cleaner.

Well it was a sunny day Saturday, a bit chilly, 20 deg in the morning but got up to 40 and I took the Fiat out for a drive, there is no top but it was nice anyway, went to a gas station about 20 miles from here that has alcohol free gas and filled it up

I have had a change of life, sold my property and all my cars but the Fiat and now living on a boat, and I have no need for the Fiat any longer, so it is up for sale, any decent offer may be accepted
