thx for the answer,
at this stage i am looking somethinkg plug&play more less :) so i choose polski fiat/polonez gearbox and update some parts.
Gearbox for polski fiat i can have for 30-40 $.
When i will start complete body paint work, maybe i will do it... i found also some pictures hier:

this link pictures the "half assed" way of doing it. it's more complicated if you want it done right.

regular 124 gearbox will work for a while, if you get it properly rebuilt. recently, biggest issue i have with rebuilding these is finding good quality bearings. matket is overwhelmed by cheap sh*** quality bearings

so gearbox is exchanged/swapped from polonez polish car, mostly based on polski fiat 125p,

there are some upgrades changes needed like:
1. front of the chest bell
2.runners (3pc)
3.rear lid with gear change mechanism
4.do box fits perfectly set of seals from the polonez - beyond the seal at the top of cover, that he had cut the tracing elements.
at the speedometer drive gear - exchange is not always necessary
polonez 1500 were bridges 10/41 - like a glove to older spiderków.
polonez 1600 were bridges 11/43 - 3.90909 ... that is basically the same as spider2.0 (3.9).
