Cigar Lighter Fuse

Did you check to see if the red wire had juice flowing through it with a test light before it gets to the lighter? The ground is a black wire that goes from the lighter out to the engine compartment ( i believe) and plugs into a bottle cap style ground connector. I know the solid black wire is the ground. You just need to follow it. Make sure that ground is clean and not rusty or corroded.
