Where can I find these door handles?

If you don't mind putting parts on from a British car , go to Moss motors and look under Austin Healy...they have some handles that look like the ones in the picture..

I looked. They didn't have any interior door pulls at all like that. I have the handle to open the door and the one to maneuver the window.
