I have heard both arguments (i.e. pros versus cons.)
I installed the IAP "performance" springs on my spider, but although happy with the front set, the back could use some furthur lowering-Just too much space there in the wheel well!
Would cutting a portion off adversely affect the geometry of the spring?
If the general consensus is towards "no", then where can I go to find a shorter spring for my car?
Thanks in advance for everyone's imput.

Hi Tom and Mighty
I just lowered my blue spider 2 months ago and i have before
photos but no after so i'll take some as soon as the weather clears
and post them .
About the springs being cut it does make the seating a little out of
place but of all the cars i have lowered it's never been an issue .
Cutting the spring at the right point has been . To much and your to
low not enough and your taking it all a part again errrr .
