Sam (my son and #1 Spider helper) went for a nice drive today, thought I'd share a couple of pics.

On Court House Hill, a 'topographically significant' (and historic) sight near where we live.





At Anthony Provincial Park, a day use park overlooking the Minas Basin portion of the Bay of Fundy.





Sure hope the rest of you Fathers out there had a good day too.

Dave, I envy you east coasters(for once) . I've had the top down on my car for the past month or so but have been able to take it out only a couple of times. The weather here SUCKS, and we live in what is supposed to be Canadas only desert climate. twenty five klicks south, a small earth dam for an irrigation resevoir let go because of water flowing over the top,destroying 7 houses and numerous orchards and vinyards.
My parents toured your part of the world just before a hurricane hit a few years ago and loved the area.
I think its gona be on my bucket list.

Get many..."what kinda car is that" questions

I'm sure this sounds familiar to many long time Spider owners here.. What I usually hear is 'nice car, is it a __?' You could put just about any LBC (little British car) in the blank; I've heard MG, MGB, Triumph .... I tell people it's a Fiat, and mostly I get blank looks , tell them it was made in Italy, more blank looks and vague "ohs". I need to come up with a tale ...
We've had some great weather here lately; I hope things dry up on the left side, and you folks get some relief.

We're lucky that way 'round here, lots of beautiful places. I'll try to share some more, it'll help me to figure out this whole digital camera thing too. So much to learn.

It's views like this that make me miss Nova Scotia, the roads around Toronto are too congested, too many cops, and too damn strait! I hate grid-patterned roads!
