I decided that this car was going to have a stainless exhaust system. My Dino needs new mufflers and I had decided to make my own. So I experimented on the coupe. First I made a press to form the outside can. I had an original muffler for the Dino with the Ferrari engine and I copied the internal design. Pictures follow.

Custom made everything held in place by a broken plastic wheel chock. Sorry could not resist.

Your work reminds me of my husband, Hal. I now have a beautiful stainless belly pan and battery shield. I showed him your pics and he was impressed with what you've done.

Wow Denise, that would explain why your shirt didn't have sweat on the front of it after go karts at the LeMons race. Do these belly pans come in different sizes?

Well 2 down 1 more to go. Finished the battery box to complete the move of the battery to the trunk. Just the fuel system still to be ready to fire the engine. Still a long way to go to complete the car though.

Now here is my completed fuel system. Low pressure pump(6psi) draws from the tank, supplies pressure to the filter, the filter acts like a reservoir and surge tank for the high pressure pump(up to 70 psi). The high pressure pump supplies fuel to the injectors, regulated to 50 psi, and returns to the tank.
