Never Before

All the time I have been building my supercharged monstrosity, everything has never been in the engine compartment at the same time. Well here it is.

See the hood closes all the way

Before it will run I have to finish
The exhaust system(yes it's stainless)

Gosh and golly that is one full AC!

All of that under a nice low hood. I hope there is enough air flow, that is going to be some serious horsepower and some serious heat to dissipate.

Great work and nice to see it all together in one place.

Most envious of your car, your skill and your perseverance.

I have posted about this car in engines and performance, since most of what I do would be of no help to others I decided to post in custom from now on. It is an Ogura Clutch supercharger. For now I am limiting to 7lbs of boost.

I am hoping that by using the sheet metal that went under the engine I will improve the air flow around the engine. PO had cut the drivers side to allow removal of the oil filter. Have to see if it makes a difference.

Congratulations again, Hal. I am looking forward to meeting you on the road when it is ready. In case you need some help keeping the rear wheels on the ground, I'll let you tow me behind you. I'll be in a Fiat 600 with 29 hp, and might need a pull to move a little faster. ;>)

Come on Alvon get real. My 1960 600(my first car) ended up with 38RWHP from 633cc in 1963. I still have the intake manifold and Judson Supercharger to bolt on that PUPPY. You game?

Hmmmm. . . . you want to twist my arm a little more?? It may not take too much to convince me!

Let me get the car here first. it's still in Utah. Gimme a little time to get familiar with it, I'll keep your telephone number handy. Thanks for the suggestion!
