Fiat wants to be Ferrari

Someone Went through alot of trouble to make this 1983 Fiat Spider look like a Ferrari Take a look:

The emblem on the hood is the only thing on there that looks like a Ferrari.Pretty cool though,although way over the top for my tastes.

I do admit the front end does look rather interesting, but they went way overboard with the car and I agree That better have been a rustbucket to begin with!

What's the net hanging from the roll bar? It can't possibly be a wind deflector.
Makes the interior look like a mini soccer field.

That car has been around & discussed for a few years now. Someone sold on Ebay (USA) as a Pininfarina prototype. LOL! I'm not kidding! Someone actually believed it and paid quite a bit for it (I can't remember, but it was over $10K but under $20K). We were all laughing.

I kind of think it's a disgrace to drive that car around advertised as a Ferrari.... disgrace to Ferrari and Fiat. It's interesting, but they should've just kept it a custom Fiat and not tried to make it something it's not.

maybe its just me but i don't normally see hood scoops on a ferrari. not necessarily that it doesn't happen but ya know.
just saying.

in general, you wont see scoops on a Ferrari because the engine is in the back of the car.
