Re: Fog Lights Alternative
Ok, here is Armins reply:
These are the white version of the turn signals of a VW Golf III - just cut off all the clamps and glue them in using Sikaflex or something similar - at the lower end there is a gap of ~1" but not visible.
here the part (from an Ebay auction):
ciao,
Stefan

Stefan, I really like those blinkers! Would you happen to know where I could find some more pics of the car from Germany? Very nice!
Thanks,

Hey Ralph,
That is how your hood would look. It is exactly how I cut the prototype. So if you don't like it. Tell me now before I cut yours.

Doubly Awesome!
Brady, are you just going to weld a piece in front of the bump? Some more pics of it would be great.

Re: Fog Lights Alternative
Snoopy thanks for the additional pics. Looks like a pretty nice site too bad I can't read German.
Re: Fog Lights Alternative
I'll show pic's as soon as I get it started. Real soon. I was going to use a second hood and make the indentation with a lip till I realized the angle of the hood wouldn't let it. So I'm going to weld it at the seams using the piece I cut out of each hump.Foster48x wrote:Doubly Awesome!

Just this one with the scrap hood.
