It can be done by a do-it-yourselfer if you take your time and know how to use hog rings and hog ring pliers. The seats must be disassembled to install the seat covers, but it isn't anything tough to do all in all.
Getting everything to fit right can be a challenge if you're going for a factory look depending upon how wll the mounting points were sewn. I had to do some extensive modifications to get the World Upholstery kit to fit right.
In your picture, I don't recognize the door panels. It appears to be a 78 CS1 and older design, but the door panels look unfinished.
Cost for World Upholstery was $399. Not a bad price, but the color choices were really limited. The tan that I bought was a perfect match to the original in my 79. I
