I just cut the railing for the seat because i was seating to high whit my new seat. I think the fun will start on the passenger side because of the bump for the catalytic converter. But those seats look to good....

The reinforcement/crossmember will be in the way too. On my '72 I drilled out the spot welds and removed the seat rails and crossmember to mount aftermarket seats as low as possible, I'm going to add a crossmember underneath to make up for it. All of my stuff was rusted to crap anyway, it looks like they assembled the floor and then painted it, the underneath and inside of everything was bare metal/rust.

Please share photos. The amount of work and detail that have gone into that car is amazing.

So you cut this? What are you doing to reinforce that area? Floor pan alone is not going to be strong enough, correct?
