Hi Ron,
Send me your address and I'll send you a nice fuzzy hat just like the one I'm wearing. Looks goofy but it's oh so warm. It's in honor of Denises bear! Hope he comes out East for a visit. We can put him up here for a couple days. We are fighting Global warming here in NJ by hosting a record amount of snow this Feb. Theres snow as far as the eye can see. Does cut down on the Spider driving. Too much road salt.

Brady any day is good for me. You guys pick one out and just let me know. George

Tahnks for the offer George, but I'm not even sure it's legal to wear one of those in So Cal. Might give the wrong impression about our weather out here.

Hi Ron,
It's ok as long as you wear the tin foil helmet underneath. Keeps out the cosmic rays

Plus if you stand in the right spot , the aluminum starts picking up extraterrestrial messages. So if you see George talking to himself. Don't interrupt. He probably into a deep conversation. :?

Arrival Party for Doug's Fiat

Post by lanciahf »

Doug hosted a nice welcoming party for his Fiat today. Weather was perfect other than a bit cold for me but through peer pressure I lowered my top. Enjoy the pictures. Other than my new Twin carb installation acting up the run was perfect.

Proud Owner!

I can't believe it. A gathering of more than one Spider and not a red one in sight.
Will wonders never cease.
Looks like you guys (and gal) had fun, wish I could have been there.

Back at ya, Ralph! We may not be as hardy as those Canucks, but when Spring peeks out for a look, so do we! 55°F may be wintertime to those Californians, but not us Right Coasters.

Yup, that's John E's purple Spider, and his Grey one in the bay on the left, and his green one in front. That''s Bernies fantastic yellow '73 and my green '82 is in the bay on the right about to have it's flex disk replaced. The warm weather can't get here fast enough.

As far as I know now, the Crab Run is on the calendar for October 31st.

Yes, that's my Gina being guarded by John's Airedales Carly and Simon. Looking spiffy with new chrome on the bumpers (the car, not the dogs).

Will I get a chance to meet any of you Jersey folks at the Simeone Museum in Philly next Saturday?

Bernie, I'm the closest to you. I would love to come and hang out. I have a Super Expo billiards tournament next weekend. I'd love to win it. I could get my car on the road this year for sure. I took 7th place two years ago. The guy that won it I let beat me. My back started hurting and I ran 4 tables and wouldn't you know it missed the nine ball. Not this year
