Dirty Gauge Glass

Does anyone know how to remove the glass from the Gauges to clean them. Mine looks dirty.

Thanks

Remove the gauge from the dash then remove the bezel from the face of the gauge and the glass will come right out. Sounds easy but the hard part is removing the bezel without damaging it.

It's been discussed allot so here are a few threads to check out from a search "gauge bezel".

Gently pry the bezels off from the rear with a very thin screwdriver. You only get to do this once or twice with these gauges, so look carefully if they've been refurbished before. Place two strips of electrical tape on the jaws of your needle-nose pliers to prevent scratching the thin black coating when crimping them back into place.

If not replacing lamps, clean them, too.

might be less frightful to just replace the gauge.
