I actually haven't bought one yet, I have the engine out of my car now and plan on buying one early spring when I get the car back together. I really like Mark's ceramic coated one, but I have a hard time spending that much dough on a header for a Spider. Considering my short list of parts needed is going to cost around $1500 I really should watch my budget. I'm leaning towards the IAP unit based on the cost difference. Maybe I can then end up with one of Mark's as I build my slush fund back up....lol
don't waste your money on that IAP header, seriously. You're better off keeping your cast iron manifold. You could always buy one of my headers without the coating, that would save you $200
Thanks for the advise, Mark. I'll consider that. If I could hear some audio of a car with your header and exhaust I think I could certainly be persuaded to limit my Christmas spending for an awesome sounding Spider come spring.....
hopefully I'll have audio sampling on the the new website, which will be up and running very soon. If you're considering the complete system, getting it unplated would reduce the cost $300, $200 if just the header

It looks great! But I hate it!
Now I have to clean up the rest of the engine compartment

Joel,
It looks in the picture like you have used Brady's cover INSTEAD of the facxtory heat shield? Is that the case or does it just totally hide the factory cover. The OEM unit has a significant heat barrier that stainless alone wouldn't possibly match.
Brady, your cover was intended to be used WITH the OEM unit, wasn't it?

You are partially correct Jeff.
I did not have a factory heat shield on my car so Brady made one to replace it.
The stainless one sits above it with about a 1/4" gap. The factory heat shield is probably a bit bigger so it would be seen.
Since I am currently redoing the front end the car is up on jack stands and I haven't had the chance to test it out, but I'm sure the car will be much faster now!
