mike , Here are some other ideas for your custom shifter assembly :

and if i where you i'dd look in some possibilities on a custom gear shift Boot for the shorter shifter and a nice touch would be custom embroidery like a fiat logo or your name upon customer demand

that way you could sell a knob , boot and shifter stick as a package with this as "If you call in the next then minutes , you get a cool sigarette light for free !!! " bonus :)
