Hello everyone,
First of all, I owe thanks to many of you already for the help I've found on the forum in the months leading up to the purchase of our Spider. As well, for the information I've gained from the forum the month we've owned it.
We (me, wife, and Son) pickup a 1975 Spider about a month ago. So far, we are really enjoying it. Already building memories with the family.
First box checked...teaching my Son to drive a manual.
Many projects to accomplish still but I hope each one is a memory we can look back on with fondness.
Anyway- Hello form Orange County Ca.
Cheers,
Marc

Welcome! And good choice getting a 1975, given California smog check requirements on 1976 and later.

Hi Marc,
and welcome too! A running project is better than a non rolling project! Have you already got some pics from your car? We are always interested in some pics of new members!
California is still the main spot for Fiat Spiders in the States. The worldwide Spider Register counts approx 1,500 cars for CA and 103 cars just for your Orange County. So you will be not alone in your area!
This is the narrowed list for the CS1 type in California, just use more filters like color or manufacture year:

Is your car already listed? If not, it would be great to get your VIN and car data, thank you!
And now: Happy motoring and enjoy the next journeys under the California sun! (my car here is in hibernation mode due to German Winter)
Cheers Ralf
