Start with a little rust and end with a beautiful frame that only I will know its there, because it is a hidden part. Hard to believe they are the same part. Only leather would look good over this frame.

Looks good! didya need to bring out the MIG, or are they solid??? Think im gonna need to peel the drivers back off mine to re-inforce it ( gettin a little weak )
Dave, I did bring out the MIG because even though I never had a problem with the seat back, I looked closely and did see the starting of a few metal tears starting to develop. I put an end to them.
Those look great Pope, although the lack of padding could make them a little uncomfortable.

You guys are right, they are too pretty to cover up. So I'll do what my Grandpa use to do when he bought a new car. Put clear vinyl covering over his seats. Made a great noise when you sit on them with short pants on.
Wow! Is right.
One of these days I'll need to take my covers off, and the welding will definately need to be done. Think I'll wait until I "happen" to be in Motown.

That could happen Dave. My wife is from Indiana and has family in Crawfordsville and Williamsport.
I would only have to convince her to make the trip in the Spider.
I'm not too sure that could happen.
