Just introducing myself and saying hello as a new owner of a '79 124 Spider. I think being a '79 with the 2.0L engine, mine would be referred
to as a Spider 2000 by Fiat? as opposed to the previously used Sport Spider? Is that right?
I freely admit I am by no means an expert on 124s, so all help, guidance and education is welcome.
I'm a serial classic driver, having had a Dino 2000 Coupe in the early 2000's (never should have sold that!) and lots of other classic in my stable - but this '79 Spider is the first Fiat I've owned for a while and I'm excited about getting behind the wheel in due course.
