Posting photos from google drive

Post by rjkoop »

I think I figured out how to post from google photos/drive. Hopefully this works!

http://www.fiatspider.com/f15/viewtopic ... 30&t=32191

For others you have to go into google drive, select the photo, click Share and then Copy Link and change the link from this...
... to this (ie. replace file/d with uc?id= and remove the /view?usp=sharing at the end).
eg.

A bit teckie but I think it won't break in the future.

That's the right idea, but you have to put the image up on a hosting site, like IMGUR.COM. It is free. Then you open the picture in IMGUR, and there is a button to the right of the picture, in IMGUR, that says something like "copy". You do that, and THEN paste it here in between the [img] boxes. Then it will show up HERE. But random internet addresses will not show here. The software here doesn't support that. The picture MUST be placed on a hosting site like IMGUR or similar first.

Thank you! It's actually gotten a bit better since then... that pic was with new progressive lowering rear springs but still the stock springs up front... I split the job over two weekends. It looks much better with the new springs and an air dam up front now!
