Prima2 A-Arms
What are the main differences between Prima2 and the Prima1 A-Arms? Do you sell any that already have the Poly Bushings installed in them?

Re: Prima2 A-Arms
Prima 1 are A arms with bushings, while the Prima 2 also have ball joints. Neither have nylon bushings.
This explains the $ 70 difference.

Re: Prima2 A-Arms
The Prima 1 have the ball joints which is shown in the picture and listed in the verbiage "The lower ball joints includes a threaded plug bolt in the bottom for easy addition of lubricant. You can also install a grease-zert for even easier addition of fresh lubricant." Prima 1 Say they are stock, have an improved shock mount and mention they are from Italy while the Prima 2 only indicate they are stock and make no mention of have a port for adding a zerk grease fitting or the improved shock mount.Frog2Spider wrote:Prima 1 are A arms with bushings, while the Prima 2 also have ball joints. Re: Prima2 A-Arms
Thanks for the clarification, DieselSpider!
Teaches me to read the discriptons more closely. And just saved me $70 in the process, as I'm waiting for Vick's to get these back in stock.
Take Care,
Dave.

Re: Prima2 A-Arms
It would be nice to know explicitly what the differences are. The only appear to sell them in sets of four now so perhaps the details were in the individual listings which they no longer appear to have up on their site. What is the added value or the Prima 2?

Re: Prima2 A-Arms
If I'm reading it right now, it seems that the only difference is the P2 set is OEM, and the less expensive P1s are a replica with a design that allows you to adjust shocks without removing them. The P1s seem like the better deal to me.

Re: Prima2 A-Arms
The main difference is the shock mount. The Prima 1 arms come with a small bracket that bolts to the arms while the Prima 2 are part of the arms.
We do NOT currently offer any stamped arms with polly bushings pre-installed.

Are the Prima 2 more heavy duty, longer lasting, higher precision than the 1? What I am trying to understand is why one would choose the Prima 2 over the Prima 1 and pay more for them if the Prima 1 is the better/more advanced set?
Thanks

Re: Prima2 A-Arms
Differences:
Prima 1 - The removable lower shock bracket
Prima 2 - OE lower shock bracket
Sames:
Everything else
So $70 cheaper NOT OE
$70 more OE
