I subscribe to Hemmings sports & exotic car magazine. There is a nice writeup on a classic Fiat in this month's edition

Just finished reading the article. Sports car car in the FIAT mold -- classy & unappreciated.

same magazine has a feature on the 2nd gen Miata.... They cite the 124 spider as an alternative to the Miata............. nice to be recognized. also a nice pic of a Lancia Scorpion and an early Abarth in separate articles.
I dont collect magazines, but I do keep back issues of this particular one.

A sad day in Car Magazine history.
I received the May 2017 issue of Hemmings Sports & Exotic Car magazine, with a letter.
"Dear Subscriber: It is with a great deal of sadness that we must announce the closure of Hemmings Sports and Exotic Car magazine after an amazing 12-year run."
I thoroughly enjoyed getting the magazine every month and read it cover-to-cover. They even had an article on the X1/9 in this issue. It is sad to see it go.

Yes, it is sad news..... There is something about holding a magazine in hand that takes me back,to my youth......(kinda like old fiats)
sure I can read it online, but I just like the feel of turning pages, whether news print or glossy magazines. I understand costs VS demand. I just wish some things would resist modernazation........... its official i'm a dinosaur
