$700 would be a steal, even with the apparent rust issues. Too bad there isn't more information and pictures.

Maybe someone on the site is a local So Cal guy and would take a ride to look at it for you.

Might likely be why he has had 3 previously successfull bidders, back out of the sale.

Fiats don't have standard VIN numbers so most of them will have this same notice, not really fishy.
