Those are popular rims, lots of people love that style.

Someone took the time to add the Euro-style turn signals, that's a plus.

Not quite. They are CD3's. Magnesium rims that weight next to nothing. 5 pounds each maybe?

They were the allow wheel option on the early Spiders from maybe 69 to 72 or 73. Not really positive about the years but my 72 had them from the factory. Probably were a $150 option.

They are worth a lot of money now. The caps alone are over $75 bucks each from Italy. AR has or had some.

Jim the car looks solid. Rust? Interior? Sorry about the colors but you can fix that.

Yup. Lotsa bucks for those on Ebay. I paid about $1k for the rims and the caps about 3 years ago. I've had 2 retired Fiat mechanics from the 60-'s compliment the choice. And +1 on the light weight. Picked one up pre-tire, and actually wondered if it would hold up a corner of the car.

I like the car, Jim! Leave the colors, add yellow koni's and blue A/R springs and you've got a rainbow Fiat!! :)
