Camshaft pulley flange
Camshaft pulley flange
Have purchased DOHC Adjustable Cam Pulleys from Millers Mule for my 81 2 liter engine along with a 1" wide belt. Do I need to run with flanges on or off pulleys?, my aux pulley has a rear flange.

I don't have one's on my adjustable pulleys either. The aux shaft one appears to work fine for me.

X2. I've had mine for a couple of years, on 2 different engines and a few different head/cam combinations, no issues.toplessexpat wrote:I don't have one's on my adjustable pulleys either. The aux shaft one appears to work fine for me.

As long as the aux pulley has a rear flange you will be fine.
