That's exactly what I've got
Re: plenum for a 38ADL carb???
Thanks.
When I tried my 38ADL last summer it did not perform as expected.
The idle was not smooth, and acceleration up to 4000rpm wasn´t neither, also when I was holding a steady 3000rpm the engine was doing a back and forth type of noise like it could not keep a steady RPM.
That is why I bought a gasket kit with all the membranes and that´s also why I will try to change my idle jet from 50 to (55 or 60). Then I will try to change the main jets and air corrector to see what happens.
I´m not sure I´m very clear in my explanation but that´s the only way I can explain it.

What do you think? Is it a good plan?

So - I'm running much more performant cams than stock (42/82), that will have an impact.

I´m running 40/80 cams. I will try to tweak the carb this summer.
