if you seeking a cheap solution , i used flexible home appliance wire , there are 3 wires in a cable , brown , blue , yellow/green

i used the 1.5 mm wires they stand up to 16 A/220V so there would not be a problem ...

Mike,

I'm currently running Accel 8mm copper core (yellow) wires. They work great, and are reported to provide the most energy to the plug. I can't remember the specific item number right now, the box is at home, but I bought them at a local performance parts store for around $37. Sounds like alot for a set of wires, but they are for a V8 motor and given the short runs from the Fiat dizzy to the plugs you can get two wire sets out of one box. They are also non-assembled so you can create custom routing to elimenate extra bunches of wires in the engine compartment. I'll post the item number when I get home.

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone know where I can find a lunchbox air cleaner for a 77 spider? I can't seem to pull up anything using those keywords. I didn't see anything at the weber site. Thanks

Mark Allison also sells one on his site. Follow the link and scroll down just a bit.

I went with red wires that came with the Computronix ignition system that Mark sells. The lunch box air filter is also from Mark when I upgraded to his EMPI 32/36 DFEV. Also got a Griot's Garage Italian air horn for Christmas last year. Mounted the air horn between the fender well and radiator (also from Mark) on the driver's side. But after adding up all I've spent at Allison Automotive I still don't have a T-shirt. Oh snap ... just ordered the Big Brake Kit from Mark and did I mention the Monza wheels,95 amp alternator, new wood dash and assorted other goodies ?
