Painting Valve Covers
So I think I want to crinkle paint my valve covers. I have a FI, how hard is it to get to the valve covers? Any tips?

You have to take the upper plenum off to remove the driver's side cam cover. The plenum gasket may tear, so it's a good idea to have a new one ready.

Any suggestions on "uncluttering" the engine bay? Anything I can get rid of?

Consolidate and organize the wiring by wrapping it neatly in electrician tape.

This stuff does work, but ive noticed that if it gets hot (in the tape), the glue melts and it turns into some nasty sticky stuff.
Ive found this website: http://www.cabletiesandmore.com/ExpandableSleeving.php
which sell an immense amount of wire sleeve material and industrial strength shrink wrap. I made an awesome harness for megasquirt using their stuff. You can probably order everything you need for less than $50 or so.
