I believe that they so have some low VOC paints. Depending on where you live in CA, they may be legal, but many company's just blanket CA together, I guess it is too much work going by the County. Where I live in N. Cal, most paints are still legal, but the chain mail order stores will not sell it to CA at all. I can usually go buy the same paint at the local body and paint store.
