Custom Door Panels Anyone?

I am thinking of making custom door panels. Has anyone done this? If so, how about a pic to give me an idea! Thanks!

Denise had hers custom done, and of course Brady did a complete custom interior for his car. My sons car has new panel coverings and no arm rests. A sleek look, but harder to close the door in my opinion

I made these for my Spider, kept them simple and cheap. I remade the panels from thin Masonite with a lot of polyurethane to waterproof. I used these grommets at http://www.ahh.biz/grommets/extra_grommets.htm for the window and door release handles. Spray trim adhesive (3M) and some light padding.
