Rear Abarth Bumperettes

Post by davery »

So I finally am getting around to installing my rear Abarth bumperettes. I thought it was going to be easier that the front, but guess again! Anyone done this? If so, have any pics? Thanks!

Don, did I miss it somewhere? If you are installing parts, you must have found the paint. Are you just holding out with pics until its all back together?
btw, I'm driving my non A/C 77 in Florida during the summer! One gets used to the heat :D

Found the paint and the car is back. He did a pretty good job, there is a bit of orange peel on a couple of spots. They are pretty hard to see, so I'm OK with it. Although, they did get some paint on the drivers window. I haven't tried getting it off yet. He only charged me $1800 for the dent/rust repairs and paint.

I am putting the trim back on and should be done tonight, except for a couple of missing grill surround clips and the boot hook screws. And then - on to the top.

Then I will start on the interior. And then.....
