I removed the tube bumpers from my 77 Spider and, of course lost the park lights and turn signals. I wanted to retain both
and after a lot of experimenting with different lights and placements i came up with this.
Lights are from a 97 mercury Sable. Bulb connectors are from a 2000 taurus.
I am very happy with the look. I think the shape fits the spider perfectly.

Re: Turn signal/Park light
That looks really good.
They almost look factory.
Did you just paint over the rubber bumperettes or fabricate something else entirely?
I like the color as well. I have trying to decide on one for a few months now and can't come up with something
I want, but that is nice.

Re: Turn signal/Park light
The color is fire red or (red fire) i forget but it is a stock Ford color used on several models in 2006. Including the Ford Explorer.
It has a little bit of flake in it and i think it really does look good.
The bumper blocks were painted the same time as the car. They are fiberglass and Purchased
on the German ebay site
