Engine swap for V6 coming soon....
Engine swap for V6 coming soon....
After reading this thread about V6 engine swap, I have decided to drop my ideal of building the 2L motor and I am going to install a GM 4.3 ltr.V6 Vortek Engine. Going to go with 8.8" Ford Rear end which will bolt right up too the 124. I was also designing and building the upgrades, rack and pinion steering(Brava), larger brakes(Honda), stronger cross-member, stronger rear-end, tubular a arms. All of these items will bolt into a stock 124. I will post updates and photos as my progress goes along.

The rack I used was a 72 pinto rack... You'll have to reverse the way the cross-member bolts up because the 4.3L V6 is a rear sump engine. Check out my website... I have pics there of what i did on the first version I built years ago as well as the new version I am currently working on...
