I recently acquired a black 79 Spider with tan interior in very good condition, 53k miles with one very small surface rust spot on drivers side rear fender; it was Ziebarted. It has been garage kept and I am now the 3rd owner. There was a few issues I have been working through under the hood, like water pump leaking, Radiator leaking, and Camhousing... take a guess... yep, it was leaking too.
Dash is not cracked, original carpet in fair condition, and seats great shape. Trunk is in great shape as well.
Anyway I am very pleased with it so far and enjoying tinkering with it. To be honest I didn't know if I would enjoy working on it or not, but I find it very therapeutic and not a chore. I'm a little surprised by that because I'm not known for my patience.
OK enough for now and I hope to get to know more of you as time goes on.
